Lack of (or incorrect) dog socialization is the root of many potential behavior problems. This class focuses on correct socialization and interaction with both dogs and people.

Additionally, this class will begin laying the foundation of the several important obedience skills your dog will need to succeed in our Strong Foundations Group Dog Classes in Denver.

Basic manners are also a major emphasis of this class so that your dog will not only be a joy to you, but to those you encounter when you are out and about with your puppy.

Is this group class for you?

This class is not suitable socialization work with dogs over 25 weeks old. This class is also not suitable for dogs with aggression issues. This class is intended for puppies from 16-25 weeks old. Once dogs exceed 20 weeks old, they roll over into the Strong Foundations Group Dog Training Class.

Is this group class for you?

This class is not suitable for overly fearful dogs or dogs with aggression issues towards dogs or people. It is ideal for puppies over 20 weeks and newly adopted dogs with no training but otherwise friendly personalities.

 

Leash Aggression Ongoing Support Group Class (Currently Not Available)

FetchMasters Leash Aggression Group Classes: Top-Rated Dog Classes in DenverThis class is part of our Intensive Leash Aggression Program.

This 5-session group dog training class in Denver helps our clients and their dogs work through leash aggression issues in a safe, controlled way.

In this 5-session program, our dog trainers will dedicate appropriate amounts time to both discussion and hands-on work in each session to ensure both you and your dog are appropriately trained to handle difficult situations on leash.

Prerequisites?

If you are not enrolled in our Intensive Leash Aggression Program, you can enroll in this class if your dog can exceed our Level One Obedience performance standards. Otherwise, you have some preliminary work that needs to be done before you and your dog will be able to successfully participate in this class.

Next Start Date?

As an ongoing support group dog training class, there is no start and end date. Held every Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, clients and their dogs join and finishing frequently. This gives your dog experience navigating around new dogs on a regular basis.

Is this group class for you?

This class does not solve off-leash dog-on-dog or dog-on-human aggression issues. It is strictly designed to help with leash reactivity issues.
